We send you the opening documents as soon as we have approved your application and successfully processed your payment.

If you requested these documents to be sent by courier, they normally arrive within 2-3 days. If not, they will be sent by normal air mail and usually take between 4 and 15 days to reach you.

You will receive a confirmation email within a few hours of our mailing the documents. This email will contain the tracking number of the courier package if applicable.
