I sold a house - what documents do you need to prove economic origin?

If the money you intend to deposit on your account comes from the sale of a house, you can prove its economic origin with the following documents:

  • Proof of your ownership of the house (such as an extract from the land registry)
  • Realtor's notice or brochure for your house with photos and description of the house
  • Mortgage documents if applicable
  • Proof of sale of the house if the house has already been sold

If some of these documents are not available, please contact us to see what alternatives you might use.
