We do not charge you until we approve your application. As soon as we can process your payment, we start the application process. If you order an account to be paid by Western Union or bank transfer, please contact us to check that your application can be processed before you send us the fee.
Please remember that the bank will have to approve your application as well. If the bank decides to turn down your application even though you have sent us all the documents we need, we will give you a full refund. If you order an account to be paid by Western Union, bank transfer or cheque, we will first confirm you by email that we have approved your application before you should pay.
