I need medical insurance - can you arrange that?

Swiss medical insurance is private and compulsory. Premiums do not depend on your health.

The 1996 Medical insurance law forces insurance companies to insure anybody, whatever their health. The compulsory insurance is compulsory for both you (you must have one) and the insurance company (they must insure you). This insurance covers many treatments, not only the most basic care. You can choose your own doctor if he is in Switzerland.

Premiums do NOT depend on your own health but on your age. Only premiums for extra insurance (private rooms, etc...) will vary according to your health.

Please contact us if you need to arrange for Swiss medical insurance with an English-speaking agent.
