• I'm afraid of the red tape and paperwork. Can you take care of it?

Yes, we can take care of all the paper work: authorizations, permits, and whatever else is required by law. You just have to give us a mandate to act as your representatives and even if you're not here in Switzerland, we can do everything, provided you pay the purchase price and give us the correct information.

• Can you arrange a residency (B) permit and Swiss citizenship?

Yes. There is a whole section on this site which deals with this subject. It is called Living in Switzerland.

• Can you launder money or buy the apartment in your name?

No.

• What else can you arrange?

We can arrange most things for little or no fee. Things such as paperwork, permits, furniture, finding you that special present you want to take back...

• Is there someone who speaks English - German - Spanish - French - Italian?
