Yes, normally at anytime, at any price.

 

You can resell to anyone who has the right to buy. That means to any Swiss citizen or to another foreigner who fulfils the necessary requirements.

 

If you sell the property at a higher price than you paid for it, (congratulations) you will have to pay tax of about 18% on the capital gain (the difference between the price you paid for the property and the price you received when you sold it).

 

Depending on your will, it will usually go to your spouse and children, or if you don't have any, to your siblings and parents.
